Marcus "HaYatzar" Blunt YPA Dean

Dean HaYatazar serves as the Head Authority over the Yasharala Preparatory Academy (YPA). By trade, Dean HaYatazar is a graphic designer and an artist skilled in various mediums of 2D and 3D art. Prior to YPA, he served as a behavior technician, at Turner Elementary School in Washinton D.C., a Design and Logistics Coordinator for Special Olympics Arizona, a Lead Art Teacher at One Step Beyond, Inc. in Glendale, Arizona and most recently is teaching Art to elementary students at Hope Community Charter School in Washington, DC.

Paige "Amanyah" Blunt YPA Executive Director

Amanyah serves as the Superintendent for YPA where she focuses on the overall management and direction of the homeschool group and the curriculum development. Prior to YPA, Amanyah served in the U.S Army Reserves as a paralegal, a program supervisor and director for One Step Beyond, Inc in Suprise, Arizona and has an extensive background in leadership, operations management and curriculum development.

Destiny "Nagayanah" Williams Program Performance Director

Nagayanah serves as the Program Performance Director for YPA. She evaluates the overall performance effectiveness of YPA, assists with curriculum development, oversees our Performing Arts Division and maintains our social media presence. Prior to YPA, Nagayanah served as a program coordinator for Department of State Interntaional Student Programs, an English Teaching Assist for non-English speaking students under the State Department's Full Bright Program, and as an independent extra-curricular tutor covering various subjects.

Steven Vaughn Community Outreach Coordinator

Steven serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator for YPA. He creates and builds relationships within the community to bridge businesses, programs and talent to our students.

At the core of Steven’s ministry is a belief in the transformative power of Ahayah’s love and grace. He emphasizes the importance of compassion, forgiveness, and service to others.

He comes to YPA with a background in graphic design, leading and teaching children ministry programs and other academic subject matters from 3rd grade and up.

Nateefa "Tirzah" Beckford Communications Assistant

Tirzah serves as the Communications Assistant for YPA. She assists with internal and external communication affairs and works closely with Nagayanah in social media content creation. Additionally, Tirzah is a Teacher Volunteer, leading afternoon HomeZoom and YPA Bible for our Lil Leaders Program. Prior to YPA, Tirzah served as a Teacher's Assistant aiding children in Vacation Bible School and Sabbath Children Church ministry.

Sharon "Chaayal" Hawkins Event Coordinator

Chaayal serves as the Event Coordinator for YPA. She oversees our events and fieldtrip scheduling and logistics. Additionally, Chaayal is a Teacher Volunteer, leading Brain Teaser and Training Tuesday HomeZooms, YPA Bible for our L.I.T Program and is our teacher for YPA Pre-K. Prior to YPA, Chaayal served as a lead administrator in Sabbath Children Church ministry and as a public school teacher for elementary grades,

Renee "Ezeredah" Morris HR & Student Enrollment Administrator

Ezeredah serves as the Human Resource and Student Enrollment Administrator for YPA. She maintains our staff volunteer onboarding and student records, manages the interview screening and tracks student tuition payments. Mrs. Ezeredah comes to YPA with a background in administrative management where she performed similar work in the public sector and church administration.
